Meals are served buffet style featuring a full fare of hearty western cuisine. In addition, an array of freshly baked goodies is always out at the lodge to treat you. Special dietary requirements are accommodated as much as possible.
DAILY MENUBreakfast may include eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, blueberry pancakes, Belgian waffles, pan omelets, a full fruit and pastry bar, plus all the traditional breakfast items. For lunch, you will find a fresh sandwich bar as well as other items. Prime rib, halibut, salmon, rainbow trout, roast turkey, boneless pork loin and the best ever Idaho potato bar are among the dinner entrees served up to fill even the most ravenous appetites. Fresh home-baked desserts put on the finishing touch.
OUTDOOR LUNCHESA variety of different types of sandwiches and usual brown bag fare are provided when out on the trail or taking lunch while floating the river. All beverages taken on the river must be served from paper containers that are biodegradable.
COOKOUTSMorning cookouts on the trail include the cowboy's traditional variety of: pan-fried bacon, ham, scrambled eggs, sliced potatoes, sourdough pancakes, biscuits and juice. Dinners include T- bone steak, chili, BBQ beef ribs and chicken, fish fry, corn on the cob, potatoes, cowboy baked beans, potato salad, tossed salad, biscuits and Dutch oven desserts.
LIQUOR POLICYOur liquor license at the ranch only allows us to serve beer and wine in the lodge. However, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages for consumption in your own quarters. Ice is available on the office porch and in the lodge. Idaho does not permit bringing your hard liquor into public areas such as the lodge or pool deck. Williams Lake Lodge has a full liquor license at the historic Red Dog Saloon.
